Trade between Katchiera Soulclair #92397 and aquaticstone #1022590


I started the trade by sending 10000 gold to her for a pitchfork. She put the pitchfork in the trade and sent it. It didn't show up when I had to confirm it, but I thought it was just and error. So I confirmed it and now neither of us have the pitchfork. This happened around 10PM GMT last night. I am not sure, but I think she received the gold. But I do not have it.

EDIT: Ah, I don't have to panic now. She still has the fork. Goody.

There was gold in the trade.

Please help.

Anyhow, when exactly did you get that error message? After completing the final confirmation in a trade?

Can't think of any other relevant questions. Too tired at the moment. I'll check in the morning when I'm more coherent. ^^


After attempting to, anyway. Of course I rather thought it was the result of that experiment of his, so since said he was removing it, I figured he'd get the heads up and reverse whatever he'd just done...poor kid.

Ok, my trade is showing up giving a General Error stating that it has been completed and can only be cancelled. I can do neither and when I input my password, half the times a new trade comes up. This is with several users. Everytime the new trade comes up, I lose all the gold.

Are you still having this problem this morning? Are these new trades being started now, or trades that were started previously and not finished?

Have you tried cancelling the trades and restarting them?

Note for the future: Never confirm a trade if it doesn't have in it what it's supposed to. Error or not, you probably won't get your item. Have her try sending it to you again is what I would suggest. Did she say she got an error message?

Was it a new trade that you started after last night's update, or a previously existing trade that you were just trying to finish? ^^

  • What 'page' were the problem items were on, or did you use the 'view all items' tab? Only 1 page. . .

  • If there was any gold in the trade. (How much is not neccessary.)None

  • Additionally, as much information as you can include about what you tried, whether or not your trade eventually went through, etc.
No. . . I tried earlier, about 11 am Eastern, but no luck. . .


I had my goti clips before i got the trade to work, now they are gone! crying

Still having the problems. They were started during the glitch and have yet to be completed. I'll try cancelling.

At the time? A new one,though I did manage to successfully cancel it late last night. Fortunately it was between my main and a mule for it wasn't a big deal.

Please note which user started the trade, and whether or not both users experienced this problem, or only one of them: Jo JO Bebop started the trade, as far as I know, only I have the problem.

What 'page' were the problem items were on, or did you use the 'view all items' tab? : I'm not sure what this means. According to Jo JO Bebop, the transaction is completed, however, on my screen it shows that I am waiting for confirmation. The gold has come through, but the items have not.

Additionally, as much information as you can include about what you tried, whether or not your trade eventually went through, etc. : I haven't tried anything as I am not sure what to do. All I do is keep checking back to see if the items are through yet. Jo JO Bebop had to try repeatedly to confirm the transaction.

where my items are it just shows the html codeing and won't let me click on my item to put it in the box.Also the shop items are doing the same thing to me.I am using internet explorer and i deleted my cookies.

There was nothing wrong with the trade, no items, and only gold.

I accidentally accepted a trade of hers for 1k. So, after that trade was confirmed, I started another one to return the 1k to her. When we both accepted the trade, I also gained 1k. After PMing her to ask her if she got the gold or not, she replied yes. So, we both got the 1k. sweatdrop I also used some of my gold to buy a donation letter, and am bidding on another. sweatdrop However, I still have 1k not used...

Anyways, thank you for reading this. I would really appreciate it if you would look into it! heart
