I'm trying to figure out how to make an Image Map. I'm using Macromedia Dreamweaver and I know how to make the Image Map [puting the image in, the links in the image]. I don't know what File Type to save it in [png., htm., ect.]. I also don't know where to upload it, what host site or what. Please help me!

well the image map needs both the image and a code file (the mapping of the image is in there), that would be htm in your case.
and htm can be hosted by just about any web host.
check the done to death sticky it lists a few.

do note that Gaia do not support this kind of image map.

nope, since htm is a file type that can contain lots of different coding and scripting types.

and gaia do not support the full image map bbcode, but instead supports a specific version of php coding for image maps, which the Gaia Guides and resources forum has guides on how to,
