This is a journal for Flamefire123 to use as she coaxes her Fenthry out of its feather and has lots of fun adventures with it.

Skyfire
It looks like the care and attention from her owner, as well as her relationships with both her brother and the other fenthries, have worked together to help the fenthry grow! She now stands at just over six inches in height, and is doubtless one of Flamefire's prides and joys.

After returning home one day, you are surprised to find two packages on your porch. Both are around one foot in height and eight inches in length, whichlets you know right away whatever is inside each box is the perfect toy for anything under a foot tall.

One of the boxes is a soft blue with a red bow, it is adressed to SkyFire. The other box is a greyish-blue with a dark blue bow, which is adressed to Nightstar. Upon opening SkyFire and Nightstar's boxes you find a note and two little sock-made plushies.

Skyfire...
That's her name, the name of my fenthry. I walked into the shop on the wing of hope and with a bite of fear. I didn't get one that day but I returned the next and there she was waiting for me. I knew it when I saw her that I was ment to have her. I was ment to have Skyfire. When I waited for someone to pay for her I worried that like yesterday I would be pushed aside and not get my beauty. Then I spoke to another want to be owner and an already owner. I did not tell them my fears but I did feal the fears crawl away. For fears only work when they can attack you alone. That is something I learned along time ago. Back to my stroy, after talking to my new friends for a bit I saw the seller. Louhi is her name, and I think it is a lovely one. She also banished the fears farther, for as soon as I spoke to her she responded and with the answer I hoped for. Yes! Yes, the feathry could be mine, yes my first pet could come to my hands, yes the word that made my day and changed my life. It took some time but I and my friend, the other want to be owner, Twizzer her name, we both got our fenthrys. Also this one boy who I did not get to meet. The owner D-chan had to leave before I got mine but I can't wait to tell her. The only thing that worries me is my lack of home. I am with out a roof to call my own but I will worry about that when the rains come. For the rest of the week it's sunny or so says the weather man. I must sign off for today, till the time when I may write again

Skyfire...
Well this is my second entry in this journal, but I geuss that's sort of obvious( sweatdrop ). The first entry was about how I got Skyfire so I geuss this one should be about why. Well to tell the truth I'm not sure why. I was in a the city, without a home or place to turn to. That will be explained later, but I didn't mind. I felt free to tell the truth, and then I thought of long nights alone. I didn't want to be alone nor did I wish to get a boyfriend to keep me compeny at night. So the real answer was a pet, hopeful a small pet. I loved cats, for I am a cat demon but cats where not easy to keep around you when your don't have a roof to call your own. Dogs had the same problem so I thought some thing that I can keep in a cage. Then I heard, overheard really of a girl talking about about what I heard a Feathry. (of course later I learned the real name Fenthry) I also over heard the adress, which I made a few mistakes. That was a long day but some how fun even when I was totally lost. I finaly found the palce, and it was nearve racking for no real reason. I like to write more but I must go, Skyfire I can't belive your mine, till I can write again.

Skyfire...
Something happened last night, something big. I met my new friend and fellow owner D-chan last night. I had just finnished writing about how I thought Skyfire needed a roof, I know it helped that I had one till now. I could not afford to rent one though and I being new to the town had no one to ask to be a room mate. So I was hang out around the store lately, then D-chan came in and saw me, she congrated me on Skyfire of course. Then she told me if I need anything just to ask, so with the roof problem spining around in head. I made a rather bad joke, (as I have learned most of my jokes are bad) about needing a home and she ofered hers. I didn't want to kick her out and I am still worried about doing what I did. I acpected the offer. I wonder if I acpected becuse of Skyfire like I wish I did or because I wanted to live in a house again. Well I will I must go for now but I will write later today. Next time I will write about Skyfire, this is about Skyfire not me. Till I can write again

Skyfire...
Not much has happened today but I have learned some things about her today. Skyfire likes it when I place her behind my ear. I'm not sure why, perhaps because it's high off the ground. Another thing Skyfire dosn't like the dark. That I learned last night, when I was getting ready to go back to the forest, where I sleep. Night had fallen and I, not likeing the dark as well, was a little hesent on leaving but I steped out of the light of the fenthry store. Then Skyfire, who I was holding against my journal, somehow mangaed to slip from my hand. Her edges moved as if a twister surounded her and I thought I heard screaming. Terified I grabbed her and rushed inside to ask someone but no one was around and soon Skyfire was back to her normal self. So I being as dense as I am walked back out side. Only to have the samething happen again, so there was only one thing to do. I found a 24 mart, walked in, found a brightly lightened corner and settled down. I was lucky that the person there didn't mind that I sleepted there as long as I bought somethings when I left. (I did, the muffin was great!) Before going to sleep I asked Skyfire if she was afriad of the dark and could sweard that she answered yes. I wonder if it's just Skyfire that's afriad of the dark or if others dislike it. Till I can write again.

Skyfire...
I learned somethings about Skyfire today! Learned more I should say, for I leared that Skyfire is very intellgent. Now don't take me wrong I never thought Skyfire was dumb but still she is a feather and it was hard to think of a feather thinking. Then today I was talking with D-chan, my roommate( 3nodding ), about our fenthrys (of course xd ) and the she told me of her fenthry almost talking to her. I told her that Skyfire never really talked to me but then she did( eek )! She really did, it was a feeling not words but I could feel her thinking and I got it. Skyfire is more then a pet, she will never be a pet again. I may call her that and I may even think it sometime but she will never truly be a pet. It was wonderous to learn and I can hardly wait for something new about Skyfire to reval itself again.

I have some things to do before I move with D-chan. First is to get all my stuff together and before night fall. Then I must get my new address (I still am having problems bealiving it. Having a hard time beliving that someone could be that kind) and send it to my old one. I promised I would. I will pen my past in my first post in my new ((a word that looks a lot like home is scribbled out)) house. Now I must go, I have things to do and people to talk to. Till I can write again.

I promised to write about my past today and I shall byt first the new then the old. Today my friend and roommate, D-chan's fenthry changed ( eek )! I was sadly not there when it happened but it was wonderous. I also have my new address and now can write home. I don't really want to write home but I said I would so I must. I left Skyfire sorta alone today, she was with D-chan and her fenthry(before the change) but I don't think she liked it. I hate to admit it but I did, I like running the way I use to. I love Skyfire to death but it was nice to move so fast. I do bealive that sometime apart will be good for us, ecpelly for Skyfire. She needs her own life but next when I leave I'll make sure she knows I'm coming back

Now I geuss to my past, I am writing this journal becuse I want to write of Skyfire past as it is present but to understand the child you must understand the parent. Isn't that great ( whee ) I just made it up! I grew up well off, really well off. Millions of dollars in the bank...in a few banks( sweatdrop ) I am that stuipd loney rich girl that has it all. The one you love to be and runs away stright inot danger. Well I ran away but not into danger but into Skyfire. I had very few friends growing but unlike most people I had my mother avible to me any time I wanted to be with her. I also had butlers and maids ( xp ) to tell the truth they anoy me. I rarely saw my farther, I think I saw him for my fith birthday. Or was that a picture? Oh it dosen't matter. When I got sick of it all, I decided to do what I been dreaming of for years run away. I took this huge suite case full of junk that I sold as soon as I could. I got tons of money, went to a thrift store and bought the poorest clothes and backpack I could find. I got several outfits and started to walk. I didn't know where to go or what I do once night fell but I felt free. I soon learned what it ment to sleep on the ground and where to go. I fallowed the sun, always east. Untill I found this town, the town that said home to me. The first time I ever felt that way and then I found Skyfire, it sealed the deal. I'm staying here till I have a reason to leave. Well it's getting late and I have to go to bed. Till I can write again.

Skyfire...
I so wanted to write yesterday but sadly fate decreed that activty nay...not. Still I got a lot done, yeasterday morning I woke up and decied to go for a walk. So I sunk out of the house carying a sleeping Skyfire, who woke up quickly in the cold morning air. I spose I should of let her sleep but then again I am one of impulses. She seemed happy though, she and I are simler in department, we love getting up early. I know I'm a cat but I some times wonder if I part something else for nights are not my friend. Back to the story, as I was walking I saw the beach and said to my self or really Skyfire "Well a walk along the beach sounds nice dosen't" Skyfire agreed, before I knew it an hour passed and I was starved but the memorys that moring will be in my mind for a long time. Runing and splashing and just hoseplaying with Skyfire was pure delight. I learned that Skyfire hates getting dirty or wet, another way we are alike. It was funny the first time a little ocean spray got her. She squeled, really squealed and started ruffle her edges like there was no tomorrow. I never heared her squeled before and I was craking up so hard. Till I fell ( redface ) and landed in a small puddle of water. I was SOAKED! Now it was Skyfire turn to laugh as she gently satred to fall back to the ground. She to was headed twords a puddle of water but I grabbed her before she fell in. We left soon after that.

After that I was starved and of course Akyfire wanted to dry off. So with my last gold I found this quaint mom and pop coffee shop. I got a muffin and some tea. My grandmother got me hooked on tea, now it's all I'll drink in the morning. I have all kinds, everything from English breakfast tea to Green tea. It's nice but that's a little of topic. Anyway I was having my tea and muffin when this guy came in. Now he was cute and all but something about him told me nasty. So ignored him and talked to Skyfire, that was a bad mistake. I had Skyfire next to me so I could talk to her and still eat. Anyway this guy apperently saw me talking to Skyfire and thought I was insane, talking to a feather, so he walkes up and says to me "Yo babe what's up?" I ignore him, he anoyed me and in my best rich girl act I managed to be distanful, snotty and not ackonalge his exsitence all at the same time. He got mad and grabbed Skyfire! He was twirling her between his fingers and I could hear her yelling. I think he could hear her to, her voice is getting stronger, but he ignored her and growled to me "I said What's up babe" I grew angry and sadly did not make the best discion. Now I was still wet and anoyed at being wet, now this guy thought he could hurt Skyfire! Well it was a step to far. I growled and takled him, he droped Skyfire as soon as I touched him. I gave him a black eye before grabbing Skyfire and the rest of my muffin and runing out of there. Skyfire was scared, so I ran to the forest where I knew the train and could his some where and comfert Skyfire. I comfert her for the rest of the day, making her laugh, scaring her (in the good way) and just bonding with my fenthry.

I now truly know Skyfire, she may devolp more of a personality when she hatches (any day now whee ) but she is truly Skyfire now. No longer a fether I named and was silly enough to pay 3000g for but a true being in her own right. When Skyfire hatches, I'm going to teach her so many things. One will be to try and keep her temper, I really shouldn;t of hit the boy but I did. Well what I'll do when Skyfire hatches, makes my head spin. So I'll just wait, till I can write again.

Skyfire...
Geuss what happened today! Skyfire changed! Yes it was wonderous. After yesterday incdent I went to the store after spending a night in the forest. The problem was that I had to make sure that Skyfire didn't get scared again so I didn't get much sleep. In the morning I went to the store and talked with my friend for a while but sadly she left soon after I arived. So I decied to take a nap. I walked over to a bench and fell asleep with Skyfire on my chest. It felt like a few seconds later when I woke up, Skyfire had managed to move to my hair. I started to sit up when Skyfire just seemed to jump from my hair. I was scared, she never jumped before, and as she fell to the ground and I went to catch her. A bright light filled the room and what landed in my hand wasn't a feather but a real Fenthry. She was about four inches long and sky blue, her hair is ruby red, as is her tail tip and the little heart on her bottom is a lighter blue then the rest of her. Skyfire looked up at me and squeeled and tried to fly. We spent about an hour before Skyfire learned how to fly and both of us where pooped. So we settled back on the bench and I feel asleep with Skyfire resting in my cupped hands.

I was surprised how fast Skyfire learned how to fly but I spose she just really wanted to. She seems to love flying and the faster the better, it makes me smile to see her dart around. Another thing happened, D-chan and I went to the Fenthry acction. There was this new breed of fenrthy discovered and his acction was today (It will end this monday). D-chan and I tried to get top bid for the day but we need to raise over 13k in gold to beet today's bid and I have no idea how. Still quieters never win and we musten't quiet. I am going around trying to get money in away I can (within the relem of the possible) and perhaps we will be the ones to take the bugger home. Well I will write more later, till I can write again!

Skyfire...
Well I learned some more things about Skyfire, she loves flying and playing with others. She is a pack animal that never known shyness and she seems to like Sage dispite a rocky meeting. When Skyfire first met Sage, he started to knaw on her tail. Now I don't belive that it hurt but Skyfire freaked out and started to scratch his face and bite Sage's tail. Oh it was horrible but after that Skyfire helpped him learn how to fly so I think it's all right with them both. Skyfire loves being with others but she always seems to sigh when she lands on my sholder. She loves to ride on my sholder and I think it's from when she was a feather.

After I left the store last night and returned to the house I thought Skyfire would like to learn about food. I found her favorite food, cheese. Cheader, jack, american, anything. She just loves cheese, anykind and anyway I have not yet found a cheese that she dosen't like. She also hates apples, I don't know why but she refused to even try it. As soon as the apple came, I decied it was time for bed, so after that I learned that Skyfire should go to bed early, while the sun is still out. I don't know what I'm going to do when winter rolls around but I'll cross that brige when it comes. I would of write last night but I just couldn't see the paper so I decied to just sleep.

Well now for my pargraph, D-chan got a job at the Fenthry store. She was lucky, I wish I could work there but today I have to go job hunting. It will be hard I can't do much and they need to let Skyfire come in. Still I need a job to pay for rent or I will get kicked out of my home. Time to wake up Skyfire and I'll let you know how the job search gose. Till I can write again.

Skyfire...
Last night Skyfire got her first gift! It's a very cute red rabbit about 3ins long. Skyfire loved and hadn't let it go all night. I should know she keeped me up just as long. First more about the stuffy, errr stuffed rabit toy. I have a picture of it in my gift page, Skyfire named it too. Well really I asked her what she wanted to call it and she answered with her normal chrip. Which for some reason sounded like cheese to me, so the rabir name is cheese. It was Louhi, the owner, who gave me my frist gift and for that I thank her. In this journal and in real life.

Well after the happy moment of our first gift, disaster strucked. D-chan came in and of course brought her fenthry Kurenai. Sage who was playing with Skyfire till they got their gifts and then he saw Kurenai. Well let me tell you that Sage flew right over to her and began to almost flirt. Skyfire got jealous and tried so hard to regain his attention but was shot down. It was sad and nearly broke my heart. What really hurt was when Skyfire drived into my hiar but Sage didn't really seem to care. I know that Kurenai and Sage didn't really mean to hurt Skyfire but it didn't change the fact that they did.

I'm still terired from last night, Skyfire keeped me up all night. I don't know where she got the energy from, she hates the dark but last night she was skeeking and squeeling and chripping. Telling me stroys and begging me to read some to her. It stop though I tried to be stern and I did put her to sleep but I very well couldn't sleep till she did or she might get hurt. So I stayed up all night waiting for Skyfire to sleep. Today is going to be a long day, till I can write again.

This entry is not about Skyfire but about the fuzzy feather thats up for accution. The last bid was 13k and D-chan and I had just got enough for 13.5k. In fact we can go as high as 14.5k which is great! You see now we can go high and if this one girl out bids us we can bid once more. The hope in the air is that the girl is tapped out. The fear is that she still has plenty of money and there is still time for her to raise money. I still have not learned her name but the hope is wining right now and the fear is reatrting. I have 10,500 gold as of now and D-chan had about 4000g. If only my enchanted trunk would sell for 10,000 and then I have no worrys. You see then I have 20,000 and then I feel safe to buy that little fuzzy guy by my self. Not that I would of course, D-chan and I are a team and together we will get him. We need to think of a name...I'll talk to her about. It will have to be one we agree with of course, I have no idea what to name him but I want it to be mascline but still cute. Just like the fuzzy little guy, I hope Skyfire likes him, she already is fighting with Kurenai and they live together. Then on the other hand Skyfire likes being with guys more then girls. Oh listen to me talking like the guy is already ours and it's not over till the fat lady sings. Right now I wish she would sing as soon as out bid was recnoized. Well not that much more to write about. I will write later today, till I can write again.
