GOOD NEWS ALL!!!: Dranduil contacted us!! He is doing well and still trying to get this whole mess streightened out so he can return and be with us. Yes he was planing to leave Gaia but not as quickly as he did. There was still work to be done but it is our hopes that he will return soon. Applying and Receiving Donations
There really is no application. Just post stating what you are questing for. We prefer it be a quest and not a wishlist of multiple items. Just one item that is being quested for. It would also help if you gave us the url to your questing page. Members of our staff will be taking some time to look at your other posts to see if you meet our specifications to receive a donation from Dranduils.

1.)Respect for others
2.)Self respect
3.)Public kindness and manners
4.)Language and subjects matter of threads posted in.

(Gaia is a site that entertains many young impressionable people and how you represent Gaia tells them what Gaia is about. We at Dranduils frown on threads that promote 'more than friends' type relationships, drug use, violence, racial descrimination, etc.)

Basicly we would like to give donations to those who are kind enough to help their fellow Gaians, rather than to say something harmful and/or embarrassing.
Manners are important. Kindness is becoming a rarity in Gaia and we want to give to those that make that extra effort to be kind to others the way everyone on our staff have tried to do.
FAQ

Q: Why did you decide to start this charity?
A: As said before, we decided to help nice people in Gaia with their quests.

Q: Will you get any profit from this?
A: None at all. All Gold from donations, games, and other events will be added to the charity funds to help other quests with a portion used for the games and events prizes.

Q: Who do you donate to? and how much do you give?
A: When we receive an application, we go look at your quest thread and other posts. Then we will decide who to give to and how much gold to give. The amount we send will be different for each applicant.</center>

Coosa's quests are all completed ..she recieved her staff of the angels through an anonymous donation to the charity...then from the Staff of Dranduil's ...Emeraldglow created a plea for someone to donate FairyWings for coosa for her birthday which was this past Saturday (april 9th)...and someone did..we received that item from Kitfox free of any charge...the man has a heart bigger than Gaia....thank you so much Kitfox...you are #1 with Dranduil's heart heart heart

Hey! This is Emeraldglow. I joined Dranduils for the same reason as the others, to give. I have everything I want here so its time to use my account for something good. My account will hold only the clothes that I wear and the gold and items dontated to Dranduil's Charity. My bump gold and anything else that passes to me through trade will automatically be property of Dranduils Charity.
So this is my posting area where I will try to keep the records updated.
All previous gold and items from the original site were lost due to a misunderstanding, but we have managed to build up a little jingle and a few random donations were given out.
