By Decree of The Dragon Knight's Leader Sethrenoth you must read and comply to all the following rank structure and it's terms.
E-1 is the lowest E-8 is the highest.
E-1 Recruit
Requirements: Basic understanding of guild and games rules, and to pay the 1000 gold joining fee.
Pay: 50 gold for every person you get to pay the joining fee.
Description: Our basic recruiter of our guild. As a recruit you have just joined and are required to complete a set of tasks be fore you can go up in rank and receive a better pay and better billet. As an E-1 you cannot receive rewards form missions yet.
E-2 Trainee
Requirements: Recruit 3 persons or complete 5 missions and at least a overall charge lv of 1.5
Pay: 100 gold for every person you get to pay the joining fee.
Description: The main job of the Trainee is to train, teach recruits 'the ropes' and work to improve themselves. As a Trainee you still have a long way to go but get motivated and do some missions, as a trainee you still do not receive mission rewards yet.
E-3 Warrior
Requirements: Recruit 6 persons or complete 10 missions and at least a overall charge lv of 2
Pay: Mission rewards, and 150 gold for every person you get to pay the joining fee.
Description: The first fighting force of the Dragon Knights. They are most useful completing missions and fighting petty enemy guilds. But still one of the main missions of a Warrior is to train, teach others, and recruit.
E-4 Veteran Warrior
Requirements: Recruit 9 persons or complete 20 missions and at least a overall charge lv of 3
Pay: Mission rewards, 200 gold for every person you get to pay the joining fee.
Description: The most likely brunt of our forces to go to batgtle against our enemy guilds. They no longer have the requirement to help other members and recruit, they are more encouraged to complete missions and join sieges.
E-5 Elite Warrior
Requirements: recruit 12 persons or complete 30 missions and at least a overall charge lv of 4
Pay: 100 gold for missions, plus mission rewards, and 250 gold for every person you get to pay the joining fee.
Description: The Most powerful warriors in the Dragon Knights armies, these elites go to battle against the strongest enemies and have a billet over the lower ranks. Their primary mission is to take on an apprentice and train him to become like him. They now strive to become the best in our guild to reach the ranks of E-6 and E-7.
E-6 Dragon Knight Warriors
Requirements: At least a overall charge lv of 4.5, top 20 fighters of the entire guild
Pay: 150 gold a week on Sunday or Saturday, mission rewards, plus a 100 gold bonus for every mission completed, and 300 for every person you get to pay the joining fee.
Description: The Most powerful members of the entire guild! Only 20 are chosen for these positions. They now act as commanders of the armies and are required to do the biding of the E-7 and E-8 as direct commands. They are well respected among the men of the Dragon Knight armies.
E-7 Dragon Knight Advisers
Requirements: To be highly trusted of the Leader of the Dragon Knights, to know the strategies, rules, tricks, allies and enemies, and all other helpful knowledge.
Pay: 300 gold a week, mission rewards, plus 100 gold bonus for every completed mission, and 350 for every person you get to pay the joining fee.
Description: The high advisers of the Dragon Knights Guild. They work only under the Leader of The Dragon Knights and they are required the most loyalty to our guild. Their are only 8 of them.
E-8 Leader of The Dragon Knights
Description: Leads all members of the guild and works to coordinate our armies to victory. His job is the most difficult.
Note: The Pay given to the ranks can go down or up according to how much the guild receives from completed missions, recruitment made and donations to the guild.
