The castle resides over a large hill with mountains and forests surrounding the area. The castle was usually pitch black, made out of pure ebony marble. It looked almost like one of those fairy tale castles described in children's books.. The home belongs to the Von Xenos family, and the only true remaining heir to the home would be Zackariah Von Xenos; also known as Zack Shadowflare. His abode has always had a gothic feel to it, never changing. But for such a huge castle, it was kept pretty clean for just two people living in the estate.
The gates are made out of iron steel with the family crest.

Zack floated out of the portal and into his comfy leather chair, "Ahh, home sweet home... Take a seat, you two. Would any of you like some tea? Cakes perhaps?" Zack spun his hand around in mid air, summoning an array of antique pots and tea cups with every flavor of tea imaginable to float through the library and on to the coffee table in front of them.

As Damien finally made it to Zack's supposed humble abode.. he took a few moments to observe the features of the castles. Quite an interesting place for someone like this particular man. A rich noble, perhaps..?
"... This is quite the home you got here, Zack." He complimented him, before looking back at Ruby, smiling faintly at her.
"I guess it was a good idea to stay after all, huh?" He asked her, smirking as he did so.

Ruby shyly smiled as she held on to his hand, floating in mid air, "Uh-huh~ I'm glad you joined us...~" The succubus even gave Damien a quick peck to his cheek. "Zack has lived here for a very long time...his ancestors built the castle over two thousand years ago. But...he's the last Von Xenos in the pure bloodline. In other words, he's the sole heir to the estate, and the young nobleman of the Von Xenos castle." Ruby knew enough about Zack's history from the sound of it. She must have spent quite a few years in the company of Zack.

Damien didn't seem to know why Ruby was so overly affectionate towards him.. though he didn't seem to mind at all. However, he was confused at all the affections that she was displaying.
"Mmhm.. I'm glad I left that cold place.. despite being cold myself." He said with a chuckle, his pale hand unusually getting warmer as he held onto Ruby's hand.
"Ah.. so no wonder why he owns and lives in a big castle such as this one. Very interesting indeed.." He nodded with apparent approval, still observing the features of the building.

Zack chuckled and even blushed a tad, almost as if Ruby was showing him off. "Well, it's not as amazing as one would think. When you live alone for so long, you tend to get sick of such a deserted home... But that is where Ruby comes in. She has been with me for many years now..." He paused to eye Ruby, gesturing to her if she wishes for him to tell a little story about her to Damien.

Ruby continued to hold on to his arm, even she didn't know why she was still holding on to his arm. Something about Damien made her want to stand close to him, literally. "You don't like the cold, Damien? Not even snow?" She tilted her head curiously at him but then saw Zack's eye contact and gave a quick nod. Ruby pulled Damien on to a small yet cozy velvety couch and sat on his lap, making herself comfortable without letting Damien have a say in the matter.

The ice man still didn't mind the clinging, the affections.. however, it still does confuse him why the blond succubus liked to be around him so much. He blushed a little as the girl would set herself onto his lap.
As for the question she asked him.. he sighed and hesitated a bit. ".. It's a long story, Ruby. Now's not the right time to talk about it. Perhaps.. at another time." He said, smiling faintly at her.
"... You two have been together for years now? Are you.." He tapped his chin a few times, pondering if the two were.. "...An item?" He questioned both of them.. seeming that the two have been living together for quite some time now.. it was highly assumed.

Ruby frowned at first from Damien's evasive behavior from her question but chuckled at his assumption, "Not exactly. Although...you could say he is my Master, but he definitely isn't my lover." Her smile grew wider as she cleared the assumption, letting Damien know that she was indeed a single succubus.

Zack grinned, " 'Master' is a more affectionate way Ruby calls me and self-proclaimed herself as my 'familiar'. I prefer her as my younger sister, hahah." Zack had also noticed how affectionate Ruby was with Damien, "it's quite a surprise to see Ruby this fond of you, Damien. For a half-succubus, succubus nonetheless..she doesn't tend to cling to people so easily, much less have a sort of attraction towards someone. It's nice to see her this happy now and then~" He chortled and sipped on his cup of tea, legs crossed casually.

His eyes widened at hearing that.. did Damien reminded Ruby someone she was dearly close to or something? The ice man had no clue, but seemed a little confused that despite the two living together, they were not really a true couple.
"Ah, I see.. and is that so, huh?" He blinked at Zack before looking into Ruby's eyes with his own somewhat hypnotizing scarlet eyes of his.
"Care to explain why you're so.. attached to me?" He leaned closer towards her face, his pale yet beautiful face, combined with the softness and beauty of his silky snow white hair.

Ruby blushed a bit as Damien looked into Ruby's pale lavender eyes. They had a sort of rosy color to them like her cheeks. His very gaze was enough to make Ruby blush and left nearly speechless. "...It's hard to explain, really," she muttered slightly. She was hesitant to explain why, and because she didn't really have a good explanation... The closer Damien drew to her, the more Ruby blushed, "...But I admit, you're very cute for such a pale, cold and unusual human. I love the more unique and eccentric parts of those whom I take an interest to~" Ruby licked her lips and winked at Damien, half tempted to surprise him with a quick kiss.

Damien was well aware that most succubi can be quite flirtatious at times.. though something about Ruby caught him off guard in a way. Aside from the apparent teasing and what not.. Ruby herself was quite the looker.
The well-endowed chest she had upon herself, as well as those pretty unique eye color in her irises. Not to mention that her skin was fairly soft as well. However, Damien tried to hide these feelings that somewhat confused him within his heart.
"... I don't think this is much, but.." He lifted his hand briefly.. before icy flakes would twirl around his hand. It looks as if Damien was forming something in his hand.. after a minute or two, the flakes would combine itself to transform into a beautiful, sparkling frozen rose.
Though, it lacked the scent of a normal rose, it did sparkled like diamonds in a way. Damien closed his eyes, as he offered the rose towards the girl.
"For you." He said simply, wondering if she'll take the frozen rose or not.

Ruby gasped at the amazing rose created from pure ice; from Damien's very hand... She took it from him, delicately holding it with her hands, "It...It's beautiful...! Thank you, Damien..." She stared in awe at the frozen rose a little bit longer before giving Damien a very sweet kiss to his cheek, wrapping her arms around Damien's neck affectionately.

Zack smiled at the two and chuckled quietly to himself, "Ruby, put the rose in here. It's too beautiful to let it melt away." Zack pointed at a glass case that seemed ordinary. It floated towards Ruby, opening the glass doors and letting the rose float on to the tiny pedestal. The case kept anything frozen in time and allowed whatever was inside to stay preserved and not rot, wither, die and corrode from time. "I'll leave you two alone for now. Just make sure to show Damien his room, Ruby... If he plans to stay, of course." And with that, Zack fluttered off into the dark hallways, leaving the two alone in the library.
