So you're browsing along in the forums and you see a signature you deem absolutely epic. Sometimes this signature is over the limits and sometimes it's not. Sometimes it skirts the PG-13 rules in such an intricate, comical way you can't help but snicker. Whatever your reason for finding a signature to be absolutely epic, why not share your epic finding with your fellow guild members? So here it is, guildies - post links to the signatures you find funny here! Oh, and a couple little rules about that:

1. Do not link posts, or in any way single out a person and make it clearly identifiable who they are. If you want to post a signature, use the copy-paste command to hyperlink the image URL. Anyone who is caught namedropping will get in to big, big trouble! Positive or negative namedropping is still namedropping. Don't do it. Here's an example of a do, and of a don't.

2. Do not, I mean DO NOT post any material that infringes on the ToS! The only images that you can link here which violate anything, is if the image violates either the 500 x 500 by 100KB rule. Otherwise, any other signature violations need not be posted here. Instead, sexually explicit or inflammatory signatures should promptly be reported, and then ignored and not fed in to. If I catch anyone doing this, you'll be in major trouble.

3. Try to reupload the image to tinyurl instead of linking directly to it. You can do this by copying the link and clicking the "URL" tab of tinypic. From there, paste the link and reupload it to tinypic. Our aim isn't to make anyone exceed their bandwidth, etc.

So, to recap! Don't post names here! Do not link to their posts! Put your images in link format if they're exceptionally large (over the 500 x 500 pixel mark). Do not ridicule a person on their signature! This is not a place for name calling. If a signature is over the limits, it's over the limits and should be reported outside of the guild. This isn't a thread to moan and complain about it. It's to share epic signatures we find!

This is a sig I saw on numerous occasions when I used to go to the GD. It made me smile, laugh and sometimes even burst into histerics everytime I saw it XD I just sums the GD up so freaking well!

I didn't see anything in the rules saying about not posting pics, only ones that are big o.o I hope I didn't break the rules o-o I don't know how to turn them into links, only how to upload them into Photobucket and do it that way. TinyURL confuses me.

As long as you're not linking to their own PhotoBucket, I don't care if it's PB'd. If they have it as a tinypic themselves, I don't even see a need to worry about changing the tinyurl.

Anyway, that makes me snicker, to a point. I also think it's an inappropriate signature which is nothing short of trolling. I've seen that signature a few times and I probably might have reported it once or twice for thinking it was over the line (as condoning a user to kill themselves is a reportable offense).

None the less, it is pretty funny and it does sum GD up rather well. The thing that sucks is the growing amount of early teens and tweens who literally are committing suicide because people over the net have told them to do it. This is why we don't allow our children on the interwebs unsupervised! xD!

Then again, adults do it too... but not as rampant. >.>;

O.o That sig is trolling? I thought it just summed up the GD. It's a very common response from most of the General Discussion noobs that think it's cool to troll and spam somewhere that isn't the Chatterbox, mostly because they get away with it.

I don't think the owner wanted it to give that responce really, I just think they thought of the most common reply to such a situation and went with it.

I think I did report it once though, just after I heard about a girl on the news who killed herself becasue someone in a forum on another site told her to. But I think mods don't think the same way o.o Otherwise it would've been banned.

That signature is trolling, yes. It's encouraging somebody to kill themselves which is not only in poor taste, but a reportable offense on Gaia. If you see anyone, GD or not, telling somebody to kill themselves, report it immediately. :3

The mods may think any variety of ways, but they still have to uphold the Gaia Terms of Service and their FAQ's. Suicide encouragement is a reportable offense and that signature is considered to fall under that. The signature may very well have been banned and brought back by a different user. It's been around for quite some time.

I wish I had a link to one signature that was sooo cute. It was a cat flailing its paws back and forth. xD

^^' If I could, I'd re-report that sig again but I don't wanna waste the mods time, I've already reported loads today XD
