~::Warehouse Training Grounds (Special Abilities Training - Earth-Bound Races)::~
Unlike the shinigami who have an Academy and training facilities where they can develop their skills and Zanpaktou alike, Humans, Quincy, and other Earth-bound races are forced to fend for themselves and develop their power without any formal training. However, those Humans and others who have awakened to their spiritual power on Earth must train to become stronger, and the unofficial center for that training has become an abandoned warehouse in the old industrial district of Karakura Town.
Having been bathed in the spiritual power of the humans for so long, the area has become resistant to much damage from attacks, and it's remote location has made it a prime spot to train one's primary spiritual powers (A Human's Fullbring or a Quincy's Bow Techniques, for example).

Humans and Quincy who are in training will require varied times to master their weapons. Keep in mind that rest will be required in training, and that simply remaining here longer to try and learn your release will only weaken you and make it more difficult to master. There is no set time limit to learn a spiritual power, and it will only be learned once Yoruichi/Uryuu witnesses and approves its mastery. If they do not feel you have mastered the power, you may have to continue training a little longer. Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day, so neither will you likely master a full spiritual power in one!
