Hi there. Welcome to Koto~Thing. This thread, along with the other stickies and announcements, are filled with some important information that you need to know before you start posting, so please read them through. Hope you enjoy the guild.
Try to keep Koto~Thing at a PG-13 level. This means no cybering, minimul level of cursing, and not too much violence. Also please try to get along, and don't be too perverted.
If you join Koto~Thing, please do not just stop by every week or so, say hi, and be on your way again. We expect all of our members to be a part of Koto~Thing, this means staying and chatting, making friends, and participating in events and contests. We do not want members that will waste our time. Why would you join if you weren't going to be part of the guild?
Try not to spam. It's kind of hard to figure out what spam is in relations to the guild since nothing really stays on topic. Just try to stay on the topic that's being discussed, don't go berserk with emoticons, and no bumping.
Keep the number of quote boxes to a minimum. You probably don't even have to use quotes since the guild is so small, but if you need to, crop them down.
Don't abuse Domo, or any other emoticon for that matter. It's just n00bish and annoying.
For God sakes, use grammar and proper spelling. We want the guild to look good, and it would be a big help if we're all somewhat literate.
Don't beg for items, prizes, ID cards, to become an AGJ, etc. Chances are no one's going to give you any items, and you won't become an AGJ if you ask. We give out ID cards to ACTIVE members. If you ask for one, you aren't gonna get it.
Bumping in the forum is not allowed for the time being. Right now, the forum isn't big enough to need bumping and from now on it will be considered spam.
Page stretching is a no-no. If you want to make a big long post, then use the space bar for god sakes. If you make a post that does stretch the page, then please fix it. Trust me, you don't want me to find it and fix it for you. I get mad when people do that. This includes signatures. Any signatures that stretch the page are breaking not only the rules of Koto~Thing, but the ToS of Gaia as well. You will be asked to change it, and if you don't, we're calling in the higher god-like forces with even MORE buttons than us. Hell, the have purple names for crying out loud.
When you post a thread, please make sure that it's SOMEWHAT original. If someone makes a thread about the greatness of Fuzzy, no matter how much you adore our founding ferret, DO NOT MAKE ANOTHER THREAD ABOUT THE WORSHIPPING OF FUZ. Also, no spam threads or threads that bring up no point whatsoever. -___-
