Okay, here's the story. My friend Ian, whom I've known since high school, is not saved (he's Jewish, and very stubborn). Recently, it has become quite obvious that we're both in love with each other (although neither one of us will admit it outright). Because he's not saved, we can't be any more than friends. So I'm asking that you all pray for his salvation, and for wisdom for me so that I don't do anything stupid.
On a praise note, I praise God that he's alive after accidentally eating peanuts a week ago (he has a severe allergy). And I also praise God for putting such an amazing person into my life, even if I can't date him.

ooh...my friend, you are slippery ground! I am definitely praying for you and Ian, and I hope that you won't hesitate to speak up if you need perspective on the situation at any point....it's when you stop talking about it that something you know shouldn't happen will...

Thanks. smile Apparently pretty much my entire church back home is praying for him, and God is definately at work here. While he was visiting me at my campus on Sunday, someone slashed all four tires on his car, and broke his antenna off. This has put him in a tight spot financially. My mom told me that often times when a lot of people are praying for someone to be saved, strange things happen. This is proving to be true...
