My Roomate, Bryan, has a younger Brother, Ben. their Mother, Kim, can be summed up fairly well with "Psychotic ****(Insert your own derogatory term)". Kim is extremely Abusive, as well as unbalanced psychologically. She has massive mood swings, that go from happy go-lucky typical mom, to murderously violent.

A little over a year ago, she attacked Ben with a Butcher knife, slicing his shirt off, and leaving a permanent scar across his chest.

Ben ran across State Lines to his Grandfather, who has cared for him until now. Problem is, Ben is a Teenager, and his Grandfather is getting extremely old. He is acting like a typical Strong headed Teenager would, and his Grandfather is still teh old strict type.

Just last night, my Roomate got notice that his Grandfather is sending Ben back home, to live with Kim.

Now, my Roomate is trying to gain Custody of Ben, but he cannot get that(regardless of their mothers obvious Psychosis) if he has a roomate. Me. So last night, I got a two-weeks notice to find my own place so that Bryan can take legal custody of his Brother.

So, Two prayers.

• Help Bryan in his legal battle to get Ben in a safer Home with him and Megan. They're Good people, they can take care of him.
  
• Help me find my own place. I've been trying to get a house, but it takes FAR longer than just two weeks to take care of that endeavor, usually a few months. With Ro's credit to cosign, I can easily get an apartment, but I had my heart set on a house. Help me find the path that God has set before me, so that I know which is the best path to take.

And allow me to state this before anyone assumes anything, there is absolutely *NO* blame to be placed on Bryan whatsoever for this. He is acting in the interests of his family, in order to protect his own flesh and blood. I'm an Adult, I can take care of myself. His little Brother cannot. I will allow no defamatory remarks towards Bryan whatsoever.

Some Good news, when Bryan called up an Attorney yesterday, he couldn't find anything attached to his or Bens name, though when they pulled their mothers name, there was a Rap Sheet a Mile long about reports and investigations on her. They are going to have constant observation of both Ben and Kim. They cannot get Ben out yet, but if and when Kim pulls anything, they'll have him out of there immediately.

Good news!

Bryan has temporary custody of Ben.

So far, I have only found one Apartment that'll be available this month, and it's $830 a month, with a MUCH larger plot than I could use. I have one option left for a complex a few miles away from my work(and $200 less), but I was denied last time I applied.

So, pray I get teh Promotion to Designing Drafter in my Production Engineering Department, cause It would increase my pay enough that teh raise alone would pay the rent for me.
