A large hall with stone floor and walls, a black carpet down the middle leading to two steps, a throne sitting at the top with tarnished silver edging and black silk draped across the back. The family crest hangs on a wall behind it.

A circle on the floor started bubbling as if it were boiling mercury, a hand reaching out and pulling himself up. After getting out, the floor turned to normal. Feirn pulled his cloak around his face and looked around the throne room.
Nice... I can't wait till it's mine.
Smirking, he took a seat in the throne and pulled a scroll and pen out.
Meanwhile, Alec had followed his father to this realm by merging with his shadow. When his father got out of the portal he made, he quickly detatched himself from him and hid as a shadow with the shadow of the throne.

Feirn wrote a small note and took his dagger and empaled the note to the throne. The note read.
This realm will soon be mine, the death of the queen will bring it's fall, and nightmares will cover the land.
After writing the note, he walked to the center of the room, the ground around him starting to boil, he sunk under the ground and dissapeared completely, the floor then turned to normal.
Alec watched his father leave, seperating himself from the shadows only when he was sure he was gone. He looked at the note, shaking his head sadly.
This is gonna turn out like 80 years before...

Z came into the room, he had never noticed it before. As he walked in he looked at the man, he formed a ball of fire into his hand, "Who are you!?!"

Turning around, he simply gave Z an emotionless look, his eyes giving away there was a bigger problem at hand.
"I don't think that's the problem right now."

"I think you need to tell me what you're doing here." He tossed the ball of fire at him, "What are you doing in this castle!?!"

Alec's body turned into a shadow and fell to the ground, moving behind Z and becoming solid again.
"I'm here because I followed my father, wanting to see what his plans were."
He nodding in the direction of the throne, the note still pinned to it by the dagger.

He walked over to the note pulled out the dagger and tossed it at Alec, then read the note, "Well I know you're not lying, I can smell lies." He took the note and burned it in his hand, "I suppose you have something to do with my wifes disappearance? Or involved somehow?" He looked at him, "Oh please tell me you had something to do with it, I'm hungry."

He shook his head.
"No, I was following my father ever since I heard him saying he was going to start another war like before. I had to follow him here after I was able to see with my own eyes Cassie was in our realm, since there's nothing I can do within my own realm to help her."

"You don't know of the state between the two realms? My father's been trying to take over this realm for decades... do you know of the war that happened 80 years ago? He was defeated by Hisu, her demon side being much stronger than him and his entire army... he vowed he would take over this realm when the next ruler was still weak and unexperienced. He's been planning this day, hoping Hisu would die soon... and she did... this whole realm can be doomed."
He sighed and turned around.
"I guess there won't ever be peace between the realms."
He spoke a single word, the ground under him starting to boil.
"If you want to help her, follow me."
The ground boiled more, him sinking into the ground, but the portal to his realm still there.

The portal closed itself after Z stepped into it, dissapearing.

Gerof walked into the throne room, wondering if she was in there. After finding her absent, he left this room to go looking again.
