I've heard things about it, but never really got an actual plot synopsis.
Mind giving a summary of the main plot? I'm always open to new shows.
Well, long story short the premise of the show is that 4400 people from throughout time (earliest person from early 1900s, latest from about 6 months before) were abducted. Then there was a ball of light over near some swamp area near Seattle and they all re-appeared.
They find out that they were sent from the future. Furthermore, they all came back with abilities. These abilities range from the ability to heal all sorts of illnesses to psychokinesis to the ability to heat metal objects.
Basically the story is about how this all plays out. You know, the whole, government responds, tries to suppress, etc. I'm sure there's a better synopsis out there, but I don't really want to give up too much information about what happens and make like, the whole first season boring.
