With the disappearance of two of my colorists, I am currently looking for another one or two to help me out. I am looking for at least one full time colorist who would be more than willing to put in his/her best effort.
Winners will be judged based on skill as well as activity. If I've seen you around before I'm more likely to pick you in the case of a tie breaker.
Upon winning, you will receive not only a spot in the Eidechse staff, but also a Sept. '07 letter or gold of equal value based on mid-Tektek prices. You may choose which you want.
Here's the break down of payments for things you color:
70% of total sale for Flat Sales
75% of total sale for Raffles
80% of total sale for Auctions
90% of total sale for Customs
100% of total sale for Breedings
You may accept pet trades and/or give out free pets of your choice with approval from me. Any pets that you color for yourself you may choose to keep without approval from me.
Upon winning and accepting the job it means you abide to these terms.
This contest ends on Sunday, the 23rd of this Month unless otherwise announced. Time is still TBD

So with the contest, here are some rules:
1) Color your own work. This should be a big duh.
2) No art theft. No whining if you don't win, etc. Use your common sense.
3) No discouraging others from entering the contest, either it be on Gaia or off Gaia. Any harassment will disqualify you automatically from the contest and earn you a spot on the shop's Blacklist.
4) You must do your own shading. If you make templates for yourself, that's fine. But I have no "set" of templates to offer you.
5) Absolutely no CELL SHADING is allowed. Cell shading as in the type that's most common in anime. I strongly to not believe these linearts look good with that type of shading. Anything else is fine. If you have questions, feel free to ask. I won't bite.
6) I reserve the right to not pick a contest winner if I feel there is a lack of what I'm looking for.
7) I also reserve the right to add in more rules as I go.
8 ) Post all entries in the thread, please.
9) No stupid, kiddy little markings please. i.e. No hearts, stars, etc.

Hmmm...
I would like to participate, but how do I color them?
Can you use MS paint or will that damage the quality of the image?
I don't have a digital scanner or camera, do I need those?
How do people usually color them?

I could volunteer part-time services, maybe? XD
