RULES
1.
arrow Follow the Gaian TOS.

arrow NO CYBERING, keep that in your PM''s.
3.
arrow Must Roleplay in character. IF you wish to chat out of character, please do so by puting your words in ((parenthesis)) or some other method. This is a roleplaying guild so just stay in character.

arrow NO ONE IS INVINCIBLE!!!

arrow NO GODMODDING!!! I cannot stress enough that your character needs to be imperfect in some way and they don't know everything!

arrow Respect is a must when speaking OOC. Your characters can hate each other but when speaking out of character, please try to remain non-confrontational.
7.
arrow Listen to the Crew. If you feel that the Crew has done something unfair then talk to me instead of arguing with the Crew member.
8.
arrow Try to stay active. I realize that s**t happens in life and sometimes Gaia is the farthest thing from your mind, but if you make the commitment to join this guild then please try to stay active and if you are going to be missing for a while then tell either me or a crew member.
9.
arrow Make sure that you read a character's profile before interacting with them on any scale in the RP. It just makes you look stupid if you don't know anything about that character at all and then assume that you know something about him/her in the RP.

arrow Higher ranked Shinigami/Vaizard can start with a Shikai, but lower ones will have to work for it. Bankai MUST be trained for (See explanation below) unless either you are playing as a character from the series who already has it (like Ichigo, Ikkaku, Renji, Byakuya, etc.) OR unless you get it okayed by me. If it makes sense that your character should have a Bankai and you can argue it well enough then sure, you can probably have it. But if he/she is still young by Shinigami standards and is a lower ranking member of a squad, you'll have to work for it.

arrow Death. It is not the end in this guild. Basically this is how it will work. If you are a Human and you die you'll become a shinigami or a hollow depending on your actions (good or bad). If you're a Shiniami or a Hollow and you die, You'll be reincarnated as a human. If you're a Vaizard and you die you'll come back as an Arrancar, and vice-versa. The limit to this is that you won't remember your past life unless something drastic happens whether you're near death and you suddenly remember who you were or something similar to this.
12a.
arrow Character limits: 2 of each race, it you want more than two, pick one other race to be, get active with that character, and once you've done that you can have a third (this will give you a total of 4 characters, and all have to be as active as possible). If you want another character of the same race after having three, pick yet another character of a different race, and thus you can also have the 4th of the original race (giving a total of 6). This is to get people to spread out a bit and try new things.12b.
arrow Character class limits: At first I will allow you to have two characters of the same class (i.e. two shinigami captains or two espada), but be sure to pick one that you want to keep and one that you wouldn't mind giving up. Once we have more members I will limit this to only one (unless we simply can't find someone to play as a certain character. Then we can make an exception, PM me about it first.)13.
arrow Captains are given the right to choose which seat their members can have. If you want to have a certain seat, work it out with your captain in the role play.

arrow Okay, so I was thinking about it and Rule 12 won't be an active rule until we get a lot of people up and running in the Role Play and positions of Canon characters start to get scarce. Stay tuned for when it is reinstated.
15.
arrow READ THE FRONT PAGE. If, for some reason, I feel like you haven't read the front page you will be given a warning and told to read it again. Part of reading the front page is reading the "
Revolution" Annoucement." This isn't as important, but you should know the basic jist of what happened in the past events of the guild.
16.
arrow If you engauge in combat with someone you really should wait for them to make a post even if it takes them a day or more. We need to compensate for differences in schedule by being courteous to our fellow players. If someone disappears for like a week at a time then PM me and I'll see what I can do to help you.
Note: Rules can be added by Captain of the guild at any time for any reason.
