Kurohane walked around the squad in search of something to do. It was rather empty, unlike always which was full of activity; people rushing papers and reporting their status. 'Maa...maybe I should go and train.'Mia thought as she clutch her zanpaku-tou, and walked out of the squad division.

Nemuri Appears behind her suddenly. "It is a nice day out, Isn't it?" Nemuri was smiling, He held a flower in his hand and gave it to her. "The perfect day for plants to grow."

Kurohane spun around almost immediately to the voice. "O-Ochitsuita-taichou!" Kurohane greeted, bowing down as she did so. When she looked up, she realise she was holding on to a flower already. Smiling, she said, "It's kinda empty here, wondered where everyone went in this nice weather?"

"Everyone has their responsibilities, they could simply be working hard somewhere else." Nemuri held his hand out for a bird to perch. "Work never stops even on perfect days, there are many things to worry about nowadays, and the soul society has to be ready for anything." a robin landed on his hand, and Nemuri gave it some seed. "Most of the shinigami have gone to train like you were going to do, most of the Captains are busy doing paperwork, making plans, and having meetings, so far everything seems quiet because everyone's gone somewhere else to do something, but they should be back soon."

"Ochitsuita-taichou," Kurohane started as the captain finished his talk, "then don't you have work to do?" she asked, rather straightforward. Since all other captains are busy, Ochitsuita-taichou shouldn't be any less.
Looking up, Kurohane gulped and bowed. She seemed to have forgotten that the person standing in front of her is her squad captain. "I-I don't mean anything by that, taichou!"

Nemuri smiled and put his hand on her head. "It is ok, Mia-san, when we are not in battle, or in the presence of other captain you may treat me as an equal," He retracted his hand then let the bird fly off. "My paperwork is done, right now I am outside, tending to the plants and animals, I stopped to see what you were up too, after all, the people in my squad are as important as any work I must do. Of course I'm expecting more work soon, the load never seems to end." he joked.

Kurohane gave a light smile to her taichou's response. 'That's Ochitsuita-taichou for you...' "Maa...you're my taichou, afterall." Kurohane responded with a nod.
"You mentioned that Soul society have many things to worry abour nowadays...is something going to happen?"

"Truthfully there are somethings I cannot tell, but we still have a problem with Aizen, the previous captain, and the arrancar." Nemuri adjusted his glasses ((Uryuu style XD)) "There is another matter which we deal with, but I cannot tell you exactly what." he looked down and scratched his head "But perhaps we should just focus on Aizen as the subject, besides the other matter is currently vague to me, and doesn't seem to be a matter of high importance at the moment." He looked up again and laughed "Well there I go, adding more ominous thoughts, saying more then I probably should, contradicting my own sentence completely."

Chuckling, Kurohane spoke up, "I see, Ochitsuita-taichou. Well I guess maybe I should go and prepare just in case something happens." Gripping her zanpaku-tou, she gestured towards the door. "I'd think I should go practice, sorry to bother you, Ochitsuita-taichou."

Tami walked into squad five's headquarters with a piece of paper in her hand. 'So....where's the squad?' She thought as she found the headquarters to be rather empty.

"Yes...I have recieved orders to report to squad five's captain." She explained as she held out the paper in her hand.

Nemuri smiled and gently took the paper, he proceeded to read it.
"well you came to the right place and The captain is right in front of you, Tami."
He put the paper in his sleeve.
"I'll take care of this in a while, Now I'm sure you want to know the rules that are upheld here. You'll find I'm a little different then most of the other captains, of course, in a good way."
