Name: Mugoi Yuunou
Age: Unknown (looks to be in his late twenties)
Gender: Male
Race: Shinigami
Zanpakuto: Kashoten
Zanpakuto Abilities:
Shikai: Kashoten is released by saying "Rip the sky, Kashoten!" (weapon included in picture below)
Gokai Kaisen: When swung, Kashoten leaves a trail of fire behind it which dissipates after about ten seconds, but when it cuts into something the fire can last for much longer. Cutting hard surfaces will cause flames to catch, but flames will not spread to another shinigami's zanpakuto. More force put behind an attack causes more flames to arise. When thrust in a stabbing motion a small ball of fire will spring forth in a straight line.
Bankai: Upon the release of Kashoten's Bankai the halberd held in Mugoi's hands begins to glow brightly until the light fully engulfs him. It grows into the shape of a massive Asian dragon with the outline of Mugoi's body shown on its underbelly, arms spread out as if trying to give a hug, reaching for either of the dragon's forearms. Mugoi gains complete control over this huge dragon, seeing from its eyes, moving it with his very own will.
Starts as Aokashoten: The speed dragon. In this form the dragon is much smaller and is shaded a dark blue. It's fangs and claws are very slender and extremely sharp at the tips. It is clearly fast enough to keep up with most shunpo, sonido, and even god-step. Fireballs shot from its mouth are in the same power range as a normal Cero fired by an Espada.
Can transform into Akashoten: The power dragon. In this form the dragon is just plain huge and is colored a deep, blood red. The fire produced from its mouth is equal in power to the Cero Oscuro, or other high level shinigami kidou. This form is extremely slow but has the power to make up for it.
Final form: Kurokashoten: The Dragon of Death. This dragon is mid-sized and has black skin with a dark grey underbelly. The fire produced from its mouth can equal Gran Rey Cero fired by Espada and in rapid succession in either short bursts or in one solid stream for ten seconds. Its claws and fangs are very sharp and its speed is nearly as fast as most shunpo or sonido.
Rescending form: Shirokashoten. This dragon only occurs for a brief moment and its skin is pure white. It transforms to this state either when Mugoi seals his Zanpakuto or when he is close to death and the Zanpakuto begins to disappear. It uses its last bit of energy to heal Mugoi twenty five percent from his current state, so if he is close to death he will be healed to approximately 26% of his full well being. He cannot releas his bankai after using this for some time, so really he'll just be stuck with his shikai, leaving him relatively vulnerable.
Personal Abilities: Adept at shunpo. Can use Hadou (destruction spells) up through the 80s, but is working on even more advanced techniques, including learning spells in the 90s. He can use some Bakudo (binding) spells, but nothing above number 73.
Spirit form: Kashoten's spirit form is a large red horse with a firey mane and long whispy tail. It is well armored with several spikes on its face plate and knees, yet even with all of this armor it is still extremely fast. The armor on its flanks have the image of a powerful dragon gripping a tiger in one claw and a phoenix in the other. This horse can transform into a human form as well. This human form is equally well armored and still has hair of fire.
Character Bio: Mugoi was killed in the year 198 AD. He was one of the most destructive and proficient warriors in China, known to have defeated over 10,000 men in a single siege battle. He was ot the most loyal man mainly because he was too strong for anyone to lord over him. He was considered to be a dragon in human form and the only reason he was killed was because he had been captured as a result of the kidnapping of his daughter. They couldn't kill him normally, so they got him drunk then strangled him to death, which took far longer than it would have for any other person. At first he felt cheated out of his life and was bound to the tower in which he died by his chain. He slowly began to turn into a hollow, but luckily a shinigami came along and delivered him via soul burial. Unfortunately for the relatively low level shinigami as soon as he had done so Mugoi's reiatsu was released for a brief moment and the shinigami succomed to it and passed out for a short while as the butterfly flew off to Soul Society.
Upon arrival in Rukongai the captain of the 14th squad, who happened to be out for a walk outside of Seireitei, sensed his spiritual presence and immediately began to search for him. Mugoi was recruited into the shinigami academy and ultimately joined the 14th squad. Mugoi discovered that Seireitei was full of hardened warriors and was extremely excited to test his unusual strength against them and trained hard with his new abilities to be able to match some of the stronger shinigami. He received his shikai form after intense training and, to his delight, it took the form of the weapon he had used all those years in his life in the living world. It seemed that fate would not allow them to be apart even in death. Though one of the requirements for being in the 14th squad was to have a Bankai, he was accepted similarly as the vice-captain Nagaharu simply for his ability without one. He felt that the other members of the squad who had Bankai simply rushed into getting their final released form just so that they could join the squad. He knew that the longer you waited to achieve Bankai and how long you took to really get to know your zanpakuto determined how powerful it would end up in the end. Plus he could hold his own against the others without one, so he really didn't see the point in rushing.
After a while, things started looking pretty bad for the 14th squad. Events happened between Captain Ikkimaru and the other captains, as well as the Central 46, and eventually battle between the squads was unavoidable. He managed to survive the fights with the other shinigami only to be banished with the captain and vice-captain to Hueco Mundo. While there he's been enjoying himself by killing random hollows just to pass the time.
Since the Revolution Mugoi was promoted to be Captain of the 14th Squad by Ikkimaru. He was honored to be the second person ever to take that title, and still follows Ikkimaru with extreme loyalty.
Additional Info: The only person Mugoi has ever been loyal to was Ikkimaru. He is proficient in nearly all categories of ability, but excels in physical strength, and has a substantially large amount of reiatsu. He understands most forms of combat and is very well adapted to them.
