Details: Having taken over as the Captain of Squad 12 approximately 100 years ago, following the exile of former Captain Kisuke Urahara for crimes against the Soul Society, Captain Kurotsuchi is a cruel, sadistic man in spite of his brilliance. He is as unstable as he is unscrupulous as a Captain and a scientist, sacrificing and mutilating anything he gets his hands on in the name of discovery. It is said that he even created his own Vice-Captain, his daughter Nemu, using a combination of gigai and mod-soul technology.

Details: Quiet and impressionable, Nemu is the daughter of her Captain and is rarely seen away from his side. Unfailingly loyal to him, despite his faults, she will carry out any mission given to her by him without question or hesitation. However because of her father's social inadequacies, she is also quite clueless about such things, to an often comical degree.
