Captain: Toshiro Hitsugaya
Details: The youngest Captain ever seated in the 13 Court Guard Squads, the rumors about the origin and nature of Toshiro Hitsugaya's power are numerous and wild. Despite that, it is true that his is the strongest ice Zanpaktou in existence, and that despite his size and calm disposition, he is as fearsome an opponent as they come when provoked. The childhood friend of Momo Hinamori of the 5th Division, he is as fiercely protective of her as he is exasperated by the laziness of his Vice-Captain.

Vice-Captain: Rangiku Matsumoto
Details: Laid back, voluptuous, and an absolute knockout, Rangiku Matsumoto seems like a woman straight out of every man's dream. In reality, however, her strength and mischievous streak make her a nightmare to deal with not just for potential suitors, but for her straight-laced Captain. Prone to ditching work and drinking copious amounts of sake, Matsumoto is perhaps surprisingly, quite capable and deep. Her relationship with former Captain Gin Ichimaru and his defection from Soul Society are, for her, a pair of sore spots that she has yet to completely bury.
