Members of the 6th Division are said to be the most skilled Zanpakutou users in Soul Society. They are loyal to their Captain and respect law and order above all else. The 6th Division is often trusted to carry out tasks for the 1st Division because of their fidelity. If you run into a member of the 6th Division you better hope that sword skills aren’t the only thing you have going for you, because nine times out of ten they will best you. Rather than taking the route of his General, Navitas, Daemon chose to create his own path through the wall. The seki seki stone fissured and crumbled as he stepped within a few inches of it, unable to withstand his immediate presence. From the markings upon the building next to the courtyard he'd ended up in, this was the 6th of the 14 Squads. Odd. Why did this place seem to draw him to it? And why did it make his blood start to boil? He had never been here before, thus had no reason to hate it, yet he suddenly desired nothing less than to tear it down and piss on the rubble. Perhaps one little detour wouldn't matter in his pursuit of this Commander-General.
As Daemon stepped inside, the members of 6th Squad stopped as the air suddenly seem to warm up considerably, though not quite temperature-wise. Almost like they were being burned by something from the inside. They turned to find a ryoka intruding and immediately drew their swords to arrest him. Most of them were only able to give Daemon an insolent look, but others were faster. They actually managed to lift a foot off the ground. As the blood and gore splattered against the walls, Daemon walked steadily down the hall, not breaking stride as his Hell Whip returned to his fingers.
Why did this place have such an affect on him? Perhaps it had to do with his missing memories. What would he find if he ventured through this place and delved it's secrets? Who would he find?

"Increase the guard on the south wall, and send a scout over to the Third Division. I want a full report on the strength of the opponent Isshin is fighting." Byakuya ordered two his Third Seat as they stood in the moon bathed alleyway. The Third Seat quickly ran off with a "Yes Sir," ready to fulfil the orders of his Captain. As Byakuya turned to head to the west wall he suddenly sensed something. Something that made his skin crawl. It was the aura of a man he thought long dead, or at least it was very very close to that man's aura, almost immistakable. It had been 50 years since the last time he'd seen the guy, and the last time they met he had left Byakuya paralyzed for two days and powerless for three whole weeks. In a flash Byakuya was in the same vicinity as the intruder, and with a brisk walk he came to the entrance of the main courtyard that sat in front of his office and the Squad 6 meeting grounds. As he looked out he spotted the form of a man with pure white hair walking briskly toward him. "You..." He said as he instantly drew his sword. There was no way that this guy was here on good terms. There was going to be a fight, but Byakuya would wait to release Senbonzakura until he was sure that he was right on who this was.

((Yay! You're on!))
Bodies littered the floor and covered the walls of whatever hall Daemon walked, other, weaker guards simply collapsing under the density of his reiatsu. Even when held in to such a degree, immediate proximity was too much for some to handle. It was the same thing when dealing with many of the Yo'Kai in Hell. His Generals were really the only ones who could withstand it for very long, save for the Emperor, who barely noticed it most times.
When he arrived in what appeared to be the central courtyard, Daemon spotted someone up ahead. They stood with a presence that denoted a sense of importance as well as an additional article of clothing that made him stand out amongst the other guards. This must have been one of the captains the scientist spoke of. But, there was something else about him. A look of recognition in his eyes. From the way he drew his sword and the sound of his voice, it was not a welcome recognition. Was this perhaps the man who sent him to Hell in the first place? Was that the reason he felt such a hatred for this place? No, the hate he felt was for the place itself, not the man standing before him. Regardless, he did not appreciate that look on his face. He could practically feel the arrogance rolling off this man and it sickened him to no end. "You have a lot of nerve. A peasant meeting the gaze of a prince." he said, "Perhaps I should cut out your eyes to keep you from repeating your misstep."
((Edit: Damn, you're off! DX))

"Peasant?" Byakuya asked as he stepped out from where he was standing, lowering his sword to his side as he moved forward. "I'm afraid you're mistaken, Nagaharu. Has your idiocy grown since your death? How is it that you're back here? Drawn back to your precious family heritage to haunt it for shunning you? Fool. You don't deserve to stand in the presence of this sacred place regardless of how you died. Chire, Senbonzakura." He held his sord with the tip pointed down as it suddenly shattered into thousands of tiny blades that, with the reflecting of the light, would appear to be thousands of cherry blossom petals. The petals spread out to form a bit of a net through the air and darted toward Daemon. Byakuya knew his brother was fast, so the only way he'd be able to stop him was to cover a lot of area at once.

Daemon's only response to the man's talk was arching an eyebrow. The only thing the man said that made any sense was the fact that he was calling him an idiot. Although, the fact that his sword seemed to dissolve into a cloud of pink flower petals the moment he said a certain set of words made little more sense to him than that. He was prepared for the petals to be in a destructive course as most of the plant-life in Hell was carnivorous, but didn't move at all as the cloud formed a net-like pattern that moved intently towards him. "Is this a joke? Are you a clown of some sort? Or do you simply think me so weak that flower petals will harm me?" Daemon asked. As he sweeped his arm upwards, his Hell Whip extended from his fingers and split the net of cherry blossoms easily apart, tearing up the ground as the tendril of black reiatsu aimed to do the same to the attacking cloud's summoner. "I don't know what you're babbling about, but I do know that I am not this 'Nagaharu' you speak of."

"Obviously your memory is lacking." Byakuya said as he flash-stepped off to the right, but landed still facing Daemon. "You used to be a proud Kuchiki, now you're nothing more than an orange tinted shell of your former self!" He said coldly as he brought his sakura petals together and shot them toward Daemon at a higher speed than before, not that it would really matter... He needed to test one thing about this new form of Nagaharu, and that was to see if he was actually as fast as he was before. If that was the case Byakuya would have to try some more drastic measures.

Whether or not Daemon was faster than he was quickly became a none issue as the cloud of flower petals flowed over him, slicing away as they rushed past. As the last ones raked over his flesh, Daemon was completely unharmed, showing no indication that he'd even bothering to try and evade the attack. "I already know that my memory is lacking, but clearly your hearing is as well. Or did you simply not believe me when I told you I would not be cut by flower petals?" he replied, "If I was indeed one of these Kuchiki, then apparently I was right to leave such a clan of weaklings if you are considered one who is strong." He held up two fingers, "That's two. If you've something besides flower petals, I would suggest you not waste your last opportunity." This was a captain? The most powerful guardians of Seireitei? A man who attacked with flowers? This next attack had better at least amuse him or he would be forced to simply put this clown out of his misery just to give his bloodlust some temporary respit.

Byakuya's brow furrowed in anger. This was it, it was now or never. He needed to treat Nagaharu as an extreme threat, there was no more time for arrogance or pride. For his honor as a Captain and as a Kuchiki he had to go all out right now. "Bankai." He said calmly as he dropped his sword into the ground. Hundreds of swords seemingly appeared behind him and as soon as they had appeared they shattered into millions of tiny flower petal-like blades, but he wasn't going to stop here. "Senbonzakura Kageyoshi," He announced as the petals began to form around him. He held out his hand and quickly skipped to a technique that he rarely ever used.
"Shukei... White Emperor Sword." He said, as calm as ever. All of the millions of petal-blades came crashing into each other to form a single pure white sword which he grasped firmly. As he did so two white wings made of pure energy formed with a halo of the same energy forming between them and right behind his back. He began to hover over the ground and before he could begin his descent into an actual state of hovering he shot forward in shunpo to land directly in front of Haru, aiming a powerful downward diagonal strike for his neck. If it connected the combined cutting power of his million blades would surely slice Haru in half.

The wall of shining swords surrounded Daemon, prompting him to look around slightly curiously. Did this clown have some sort of trick up his sleeve that would actually matter in the long run? However, the walls quickly cascaded towards the captain, forming a sword, a set of wings and a halo. From the reiatsu being put out, this was Kuchiki's ultimate attack.
As Byakuya landed in front of Daemon, the pure white sword slashed downward and split him in two. But, there was no real connection to be made, the sword simply passed right through. After a few seconds the afterimage faded and Daemon's voice spoke from behind him.
"I hate those eyes." Daemon said, grabbing Byakuya by the throat, his claws digging into the 6th captain's flesh before he was hurled into the building. "That arrogant gaze that no mere Shinigami should ever look at a Marak'Hai with, especially a Prince such as I." As he spoke, Daemon walked steadily back into the building after this weakling opponent, his own gaze full of murderous intent. With his next step, he suddenly appeared directly in front of Byakuya, his index finger and pinky stabbing into his eyes, completely blinding him. "Feel proud, Kuchiki-taichou. It's not often that I dirty my hands killing weaklings such as yourself. If I was part of your family, then it seems my family was not worthy of me." he whispered. If Byakuya managed to cry out at all with his vision suddenly being forcfully blinded, his scream was cut short by Daemon's claws raking against his throat and slicing it open. Daemon watched the slow, agonizing process of Byakuya's lungs filling with blood until the last vestiges of life left him.
With a sigh, Daemon took a seat in front of Byakuya's corpse. He wasn't going to get anywhere simply looking for powerful opponents. He'd have to let them come to him. After shifting himself into a lotus position, Daemon began to release his reiatsu, increasing the pressure in the air so as to draw them out. The incredible density would keep the weaklings at bay and hopefully gain the attention of someone worthwhile.

Byakuya didn't scream as Daemon blinded him. As Daemon explained that Byakuya should feel proud Byakuya managed to speak out before getting his throat clawed out. "You...'re nothing but... dirt!" Even in his final moment Byakuya cursed Daemon, continuing to believe his older brother was not worthy of the Kuchiki name.
Moments later Doki arrived on the scene only to see Byakuya stuck against the wall with blood drenching his face from his eyes and his uniform and the ground under him from his neck, which had been ripped out apparantly. The sight wasn't particularly terrifying for Doki, she'd seen worse in her years, but it was alarming none the less especially considering what caught her attention next. Sitting below Byakuya's corpse was a white haired man who looked all too familiar, and his looks matched the feeling of his reiatsu that she had sensed from afar: similar but not exact to the man she once knew to be her Lieutenant. Not bothering to hide her presence Doki stepped out into the courtyard with a bit of a quiver in her jaw and eye lids, attempting not to suddenly break out into tears. "H-" She tried to speak, barely even able to get the "H" sound out of her throat. It had to be him. Right? Who else could he be? A man of that stature and appearance, even with the slightly different hue of skin and feel of reiatsu, could only be, "Haru...?" She finally choked the name out. She stepped forward at a faster pace. She didn't care that he obviously had just killed Byakuya. In all honesty she wasn't surprised. She was more surprised that he didn't kill his brother back when they invaded 50 years ago, so it wasn't too shocking that the deed was done now. She held her hand out as if reaching for him even though he was still a good five meters away still. "Haru." She said again, this time more definitively. "How? How are you back here? I watched you die!"

It didn't take quite as long as Daemon would have thought for a newcomer to arrive, though this one was a bit odd. She was clearly stronger than the one he'd just dispatched, yet she lacked what he'd imagined was the mark of a captain. "I am confused." he said, completely ignoring her questions, his hateful gaze unchanged as he looked upon her, "I thought the captains of Seireitei were supposed to be the strongest in Soul Society's military forces, but your level of reiatsu is far greater than his. Is his coat simply the mark of this particular division?" No, that couldn't be it, her armband had a 1 on it, which he suspected meant she was of the 1st Divison. "Are you Ikkimaru Shorajou?" he asked. There was no possible way this was the Commander-General, was there?

"Ikkimaru?" She asked, a clear look of confusion on her face. The way he spoke and looked at her told her that he was very different from that Haru she knew. This Haru was filled with hatred, a hatred that was very different from what she was used to. "You don't remember..." She said sadly, not taking her eyes off of him. "You don't remember me? It's me, Doki. Ikkimaru's the Soutaichou now. We did it Haru! Ikkimaru defeated Yamamoto and created a new Seireitei, just as we had hoped for!" It still wasn't quite clear to her that he really didn't remember. She was hoping that she could spark something in his memory and mentioning what they had fought so hard for would hopefully accomplish that. "I'm Ikkimaru's Lieutenant now, and I hold that title with pride, just as you did."

"Doki..." Daemon said, as though searching for some sense of recognition. There was none, of course, but there was something else about this girl that struck a chord. Yes, a dream he'd had years ago. He was floating in an abyss of darkness, completely alone, when suddenly someone appeared through it. A woman with a snake draped across her shoulders, holding out her hand as though beckoning him, trying to lead him through the inescapable abyss. It was not this woman, but they still bore a similar feel to one another. In his dream, Daemon had attempted to simply dispatch her, but found his arms would not move. Almost as if, deep down, he didn't really want to kill her. That was ridiculous, of course. It was only a dream, just that and nothing more.
Back in the here and now, Daemon replied, "It is clear to me that, at some point, I was a Shinigami known as Nagaharu Kuchiki, or apparenty Haru to those who had a more favorable opinion of me. However, I can tell you with some assurance that I am no longer this man. My name is Daemon Sadi, Crown Prince of the Marak'Hai Empire and son of the Marak'Hai Emperor Saeton Daemon SaDiablo." As he spoke, Daemon's reiatsu began to intensify, becoming so dense the very ground around him began to crack under the pressure, "You are strong, Shinigami, clearly stronger than this flowery clown. Strong enough to be a threat to our coming invasion force. For this, you shall have to be..." he raised his hand as his fingers enveloped with vaporous black reiatsu, "...dispatched." Daemon swept his arm out, his Hell Whip flying forth from his fingers and carving a gouge in the ground as it whipped upward in an attempt to slice Doki in two.

"Crown Prince..?" Doki repeated as her eyes wavered with tears forming in them. This just had to be Haru. He was obviously different, but he was the same guy somewhere inside that orange exterior. As the whip came at her, cracking along the ground with a resound fury, Doki pushed off the ground with her legs only to flip onto her hands then spring back to her feet to land facing him several meters back again. "I-... I can't" She said as she gazed at Haru's mutated form. Her eyebrows pinched together over the bridge of her nose in the opposite of a furrow, going up on her face than down. Despite the fact that she said she couldn't fight him her hand drifted to the hilt of her zanpakuto. She truly didn't want to fight him, but she would if she had to...
