This is the Records and Annals Office. Basically it is a glorified library for members of the Shinigami Academy and the Fourteen Court Guards. It holds all records thought to be fit for remembering in massive shelves with volumes upon volumes of information ranging from different events in the Living Realm to records of the Great Hollow Wars. Shinigami you will often find here are students at the Academy or the more studious members of the Gotei 13 like Captain Ukitake or Nanao (that is, if she is not doing paperwork for her lazy Captain).
