In case the "Canons" Sticky didn't outline this well enough, here's what we need to make this RP successful/fun:

Character race/rank/type; number available; conditions to get this.

Marak'hai Generals; 4; Talk to me before even thinking about this one.

Open shinigami slots; tentative; fill out a profile and we'll talk.

Escaped shinigami convicts; 3 Captain class; 6 Lieutenant Class; and any number of lesser classes (Remember that these convicts were locked away because they either were considered too dangerous or tried to quit the protection squads); Talk to me, there are still some issues that need to be worked out.
