Weapon Info/Abilities:as of yet, it is only a 32 inch wakizashi
Personal Abilities: as of yet, simple kido spells
Character Bio: she was at one point, a shinigami, who had succomed to her Hollow, and seeing what she had done, being the small child she was, became frightened, and believed that she may in turn harm her own, and fled, living in low populated areas of the Seiretei, in the slums, hiding from everyone, believing she was protecting them.
Additional Info:she absolutely loves sweets and soft/fuzzy things, as well as tall muscular men, because they bring about a paternal(fatherly) sense around her, and she sort of bonds with them, enjoying their company, and especially, their parental instincts to care for her. She becomes very attatched to older women, because they remind her of her mother, and she greatly enjoys snuggling with them and being doted upon by them, as well as shares all her secrets with them.
Pic/Description:she is roughly 4'5" tall, she is skinny, has a small, inquisitive face with bright eyes, and long raven black hair. She usually wears a sullen face, but has a very bright smile. She still wears her Shinigami robes.

First off... 9? As in Nine years old? I'm sorry, but that's absolutely ridiculous, especially for a Vaizard. Shinigami should be quite a bit older than this. Even Yachiru is over 100 despite her look and personality. Now, if you're going to say that she was 9 when she died that's fine. As far as I know, people retain their appearance of age for quite some time after death, so she can appear to be 9 and be as short as she is. Also, you don't want to give her a Shikai?
Also, I'm only allowing a select few people to become Vaizards, and they have to have a damn good reason to be one. They are supposed to be extremely rare, so I can't just let everyone who wants to be one do so. I mean think about it. Out of the thousands of shinigami that there are in the Protection Squads, only about 12 of them in the last 100 years became one, and that was with Aizen's help! Generally natural Vaizards are quite hard to come by, and Ichigo isn't a good example because everything about him is off compared to everyone else in Bleach.
