Have you ever been under serious spiritual attack? What is the best way or what personally helps you to rebuke the devil when he tries to come into your life and rattle things up?
I am wondering because it would be a great discussion, and because I need advice. I feel like I am under spiritual attack. I am trying to grow closer to God and draw my family closer to God. Now my son wont listen to a word I say, weather it's Clean your room or eat your veggies or Don't push that kid! Very unlike him. He is usually a good kid, a bit hyper but thats pretty normal at 7. My husband is not talking to me over a fight we had about the computer. He wanted to check his facebook, I was already on Gaia. All I want to do is sit here and cry, and I have 9 chapters to read and 125 questions to study for an exam next week. I don't have time for all this madness!
Once you give your life to Christ, the devil will attack you. And he will try different things to pinpoint your weaknesses. I agree with Dragonbait: You are God's property now, so Satan has no authority over you anymore and you can use that.
Personally, I'm no match for the enemy, so I abstain from dealing with the devil completely, I pray to God and let Jesus do the talking and throwing out the "trash"
wink It is hard sometimes to let go and trust in God, I understand. But God is a great parent. He knows best.
I'm no parent, nor am I married, so I can't speak about that. Is your husband a Christian?
