I'll go first.
Pro-tip: If you get clever and write an automated backup script, make sure your cleanup script (that gets rid of old backups) doesn't go through and get rid of itself and the backup script at the same time.

Burning my hand, then running it under ice cold water and immediately putting it on the metal part of my freezer afterward.

Picking up a knife at the wrong end, cutting yourself on it because of that, then recoiling and ending up having said knife fall and go straight through your foot.

1. Freshman year, jump down a flight of stairs that has a low overhang. Hit head, go tumbling onto the landing, lucky not to have a concussion.
2. Junior year, start dating this girl.
3. Senior year, keep dating girl, decide to make a video of yourself and some friends goofing around in the dorms.
4. Actually capture your voice in the recording saying "Last time I did this, I hit my head really bad!"
5. Goto 1
I am not proud, but she was pretty impressed when she saw the video.

Used a facial wash as a toothpaste...I blame the morning grogginess on that one.

More bitter than gross really. It was just as foamy as regular toothpaste...without the minty flavor. >.>;
I'm just glad I didn't get to cleaning my tongue with it before I realized that it wasn't toothpaste.

Deleted our Steam install backup off our server at work once because I was trying to clean everything up. Could have sworn I saw like, 2 copies of the folder.
Had to download like, 150 gigs of stuff, then copy it out to the client PCs because updates went out on a few of the games. gonk
I work at a gaming cafe, by the way.
