And now that the Dragon Ball Z reference is out of the way, howdy!
So here's the ideAAR:

This roleplay will be similar to the Custom Pokemon RP, however, custom Pokemon are not permitted.
Your teams must consist of ordinary pokemon from any of the pre-existing 5 generations.
Your trainer can have the ability to fuse certain pokemon together.
Fused pokemon can have 3 types rather than two.
For a fusion to be compatible, the pokemon must have at least 1 type in common.
The exceptions to this are: Normal does not count as a type. Example: Psychic/Fire+Normal/Flying=Psychic/Fire/Flying.
Psychic/Fire+Normal=Psychic/Fire
If two pokemon have types that are not compatible (e.g. Ground+Flying, Ground+Electric, Ghost+Normal, Psychic+Dark, ect.) The fusion cannot work. The exception to this rule is when one of the pokemon already has two incompatible types. e.g. Ground/Flying+Rock/Flying
Trainers have the ability to fuse with one type of pokemon. If the pokemon has two types, the trainer inherits both types, but it MUST have the specified type.
Again, the exception to this is normal type pokemon. If a trainer has two normal type pokemon with subtypes, the trainer can fuse with both pokemon and inherit both subtypes. If the trainer has a normal type pokemon with one subtype, it only inherits the subtype. If a trainer fuses with a pure normal type, they will inherit the normal type.

Say you have 2 Fire pokemon. One's Fire and Flying, the other is Fire and Psychic or something. The new pokemon would have physical traits of both, and it would have 3 types, Fire, Flying, and Psychic. Does that help?
