Though the magic disturbance has only been slight in the world, one underground group noticed it, an ancient group called the Diahann. Though the name of the group is based on the French form of Diana, their principle founding came from the Roman Goddess Diana, mother of the hunt and moon. Though the modern world, and those in ancient times, called them Witch Hunters, or simply Hunters. They are comprised almost entirely of women who have descended from former generations of Hunters. The Diahann have not seen action in many years, as most 'witches' never properly come into their power and so have not even had their attention focused.
