This is the one of the two bridges connecting Shingai Issou District to the other districts. There seems to be a blockade going on. The police who should be protecting the people in the city are now protecting the bridge. Nothing alive or dead or Undead is allowed to pass. If you attempt to cross the bridge by force you will be shot down. So beware...it seems you have been quarantined.
