Hello! To those who may or may not know me, I am using this subforum as a weight loss journal because I'm too cheap to go out and buy a web domain. Plus this is just easier.

I have decided to lose weight, and to do this, I have joined Weight Watchers. My goal is to get down to 147 pounds (that way I can say I lost an even 100) This subforum is to document my eating habits, what I've noticed as I lose weight, and to chronicle my exercise.

If you are looking to lose weight as well, I will happily accept company! However, I will not tolerate flamers in this subforum. This is a positive place, and if anyone posts things like "God, you're fat! You cow!" etc, I will ban you from the guild and report you for harassment. No exceptions whatsoever. I want everyone to feel comfortable about posting anything about their experiences, good or bad. It's easier to go about it together! All I ask is that you keep and maintain your own threads if you decide to join me. It'll get confusing if everyone posts their weights and junk all on one thread.

Otherwise, encouragement and praise will get you very far in this forum. Compliments do wonders for the human psyche! So, for all of you joining me, I wish you the best (not luck. Luck has nothing to do with it. It's how determined you are to become healthy, or even just lose those 5 or 10 vanity pounds)
