35 minutes on a Precor.
~Miles run- 2.45
~Calories burned- 340
~Maintained speed- 11 calories per minute

I also did not use the intercom system at work. I walked to go find everyone I needed to see.

Ok, I slacked a little. Joined a gym and got a personal trainer. I got sick this week so I had to cancel my appointment, but I'm going to make one when I go to the gym after work tomorrow. Today I walked three miles.

Worked out approx. 1 hr, 257 calories burned on the treadmill, 100 leg presses, 60 hip out things, 100 hip in things, 40 leg extensions
