Hello, everyone, and welcome to another Guild OOC Game of the Mermaid Princess RP Guild!
Here you see your favorite characters in the RP along with some fan favorite games on the crossword game you've played all your life but never quite like this! It's the Return of Scrabble!

In Scrabble (1984 TV Game), players build on the Word based on the hint that is given (Example: An 8-Letter Word Starting on the Letter B. The Clue is "Some People can't see without it." Answer: Eyesight) and a single letter to start with. The remaining letters are hidden inside number tiles, and a player takes 2 tiles to reveal the letters. The value of the word depends on what space the letter that belongs in the puzzle is word. (White Tiles are worth the Normal Amount, Blue is Worth Double & Pick is worth 4x times the amount). The player would then choose which letter to use. However, a player must watch out for Stoppers (Letters that DON'T belong in the puzzle) & if a player hits one, that player loses her/his turn (same thing goes for an incorrect guess). If a player is unable to guess, that player can use the remaining tiles the other player picked up or choose 2 tiles and repeat the process until a player guesses the word. Once a word was finished, another word was played, using one letter from the previous word, and the player who was behind or lost the last word in case of a tie got to start. The player leading after 3 Words, wins and advances to the Scrabble Sprint.

Last time, Sebastian Johnson & Daphne were dead even in our current game but ran out of time before we could finish an exciting game already in progress. So let's welcome them back in!

Cookie Masterson: Welcome back to Scrabble, Seb and Daphne. Shall we continue our game? We'll play until someone gets 3 words right. That person goes on to play Scrabble Sprint for a shot up to $5,000! Seb and Daphne each have one word completed and 2 more words are needed to win the game and advance to the Scrabble Sprint. After which a second set is played to see who will face off against the Set 1 winner in the Scrabble Sprint.
The numbered titles in the middle contain Letters, when you take 2 tiles, and place them in your podium slot, you'll see what the letters are but be careful as there's 3 Stoppers hidden in those tiles and if you hit one of those Stoppers, you'll lose your turn. You'll also lose your turn for an incorrect answer. Stoppers are letters that don't belong in the puzzle and if all 3 Stoppers are hit, we'll need to go into Speedword.
