Monday April 24th, 2006:
Haven't eaten anything yet, but will eat a bowl of grapenuts with whole milk when I get up for school. If I wake up late, I'll eat a glazed donut... We'll see what happens.
Ended up drinking a V8 juice for breakfast, there's one serving of veggies! For lunch I had a chef salad with ranch and about 8 oz of root beer T.T If only I hadn't been so thirsty.. But I avoided the fries and cookies.
Had a frozen cappucino drink made with whole milk, but it's more milk and ice than cappucino. And am currently eating macaroni and cheese for dinner. By eating it earlier in the day, I can sweat it off in my terribly overheated house before I sleep x.x

April 25th:
Breakfast: One small slice of strawberry swirl cake thing, one overlight egg sandwich
Lunch: 4-6 oz of Seagram's Ginger Ale Half a bag of baby carrots.
Dinner: 1 cup ramen, another cup of Ginger Ale, and 4 oz of coca-cola.
Ate another cup ramen at about 1 am.

April 26th:
Breakfast: Lemon Twist V8
Lunch: T.T Six Snickerdoodle cookies and a bit of root beer again
Snack: Frozen cappucino *my only calcium intake of the day* And more baby carrots with ranch.
Dinner: Ramen cup, EVEN MORE carrots...

Okay, I don't even want to talk about everything I've eaten since last Thursday, and I don't want to talk about what I'll be eating this week T.T As sad as it makes me, my mother decided to go on a baking spree, and this week also happens to be.... So I'm taking a break from my self appointed health diet (ready to KILL my mother for killing my willpower with cheesecake)

Slept through breakfast and lunch...
Dinner: 2 cups of clam chowder 320 calories 1 slice of bread 70 calories Reese's calorie snack pack 100 calories Random truffle, unknown calories
Somewhere around 590 calories... Need to eat more.

Midmorning Snack: Reese's Sweet n' Salty bar, 170 calories Reese's Snack Pack 100 calories
Breakfast: Waffles with calorie free jam, 200 calories Snack: Reese's Sweet n' Salty bar, 170 calories Lunch: Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit 444 calories Dinner: Bean and ham soup 331 calories After dinner snack: Protein bar, 170 calories Waffle with egg, tomato, and sour cream, 200 calories 1785! Daily calorie goal: 1800 or less

Tuesday, January 8th
Somewhere around five 170 calories bars throughout the day, 3 of which were protein bars. Total of 850 calories.
I ate some spaghetti of unknown calories, probably alot, and a banana, also of unknown calories.
Waffle/egg snack: 200 calories
