I really liked V-Rock in Vice City. It was a very good soundtrack. In Vice City Stories, when Lazlow and Cousin Ed announce you can send for a V-Rock bumper sticker, I copied the address and sent it.
Still no response.
(By the way, the poster north of your first safehouse has the address, It's on a building next to an empire.)
