Hmmm... most of those cards I've never heard of so I can't really give it a fair rating, but from the cards I do know I'd say an eight or nine.

Your deck's in the right direction, but there's a lot that shouldn't be there. As is, I give it a 5.
This is just a rudimentary decklist as I'm not totally familiar with Fiends. This is more of a general Fiend with Dark World splashed into it.
