The original owner Launa_Alura made a practice RP called The Pub a while back. This is a laid back RP, nothing too fancy, (you don't even have to post a profile if you don't want) and it's very good for those of us who haven't had much expirence RPing or those that haven't RPed in a while.
It obviously takes place in a Pub, so you can be a bartender, custmer, musician, janitor, whatever, just please let's not all be the same thing. If you know that there's already two bartenders, do not be the bartender! If you do not specify otherwise we will just refer to you by your username. I guess I'll be the owner, you can just refer to me as Tiger in the RP.

For those of you who feel a need to fill out a profile I thought I should provide one! Like I said I will not force you to fill one out, but if you plan to be on the staff as a bartender, janitor, musician, or whatever else you can think up that's not a customer I would appriciate it if you did at some point in time! ((wow it's dead in here!))
walking down the street with no particular destination in mind, just trying to solve some of her problems, Launa spots the newly opened store on the corner. 'the pub' she reads. well, can't hurt to try out a new place. besides, i could use a drink. she walks up, knocks on the door, then opens it. looking around the interior she looks for any of the employees "hello?" she calls, her voice echoeing back "are you guys open? it didn't say on the door."

Tiger rips herself away from trying to balence a pencil on her nose walks out from her office in the back hearing the door jingle as a customer walked in. "Hello." She replies to the girl that has walked in. "Sorry, we've been a bit shorthanded." She says and takes position behind the bar. "Can I get you something?"

Launa laughs distractedly and sits down. "anything with alcohol in it. i've been looking for a new place." she looks around "this seems pretty nice." she looks at tiger "um... you've got something... on your nose..."

Tiger brushes her nose gently to get rid of what was probably eraser marks or somthing. She laughed a bit at herself and pulled a glass out from under the table. She then turned around eyes skimming over the assortments of alchol behind her. Finally she slid off a few liquid and began to mix liquids in the shaker thing. "So what brings you in here?" She asks.

"Ah..." Tiger says and shakes up her concoction then pauses before pouring it in. "Ice?" She askes the metal container hovering above the glass waiting to be poured.

Tiger gets a couple of icecubes from the freezer under the counter and places them in the cup. "As a matter of fact I do." She says as she pours the drink on top of the ice cubes then passes the cup to Launa. "His name is Daniel. Bit of an arrogent smartass somtimes, but I like him." She smiles and sits on the counter beside where Launa is and crosses her legs infront of her. "So, what's up with your man?" She asks figuring thats why she had asked...that or she wanted to sleep with her but she was going to go with the first idea.

Launa took a nice deep drink. wondering to herself why she would confess so much to a complete stranger, she said "well, there's nothing wrong with him. it's his family. they keep pestering him to get married. i don't want to get married!! not yet anyway." she swirled the alchohol in her cup. " i love him, i really do, but i don't know if i can deal with his messed up family! they threatened to take away his inheritance if he doesn't get married soon. it's not fair." she stared down into her drink. then looked up at the bartender. "i'm sorry. i didn't mean to burden you with my problems. it's just that i just moved here, i have no job, i have a boyfriend with pushy parents and i'm really starting to stress out." she took a deep breath then held out her hand to the girl, laughing lightly "i'm launa by the way."

Tiger smiled at the girl and shook her hand. "Hi Launa. They call me Tiger around here, don't ask me why." She let go of her hand and folded her hands across her legs. "Well, I don't think I can help you with the pushy parents but if you need a job...we could really use a waitress or janitor or somthing around here if you're interested."
