<3 I do pick up lactaid milk but its expensive in my area. I drink a lot of soy and almon milk but since the in-laws have a goat farm I find goat milk to be the cheapest for me. (from the store is stupid expensive though)

yeah i think lactaid was a lil expensive for how much you got, but considering it was that or tear out my stomach, wellllllllll
i mean with our current diet i dont have to worry about it, cuz i cant have lactaid milk on keto ;o
so i just stick to unsweetened normal/vanilla almond milk.
at least you know something that works for you ~!
i mean they have chocolate chai, but it isnt really 'chocolatey'
