Rules:

1. Read the Gaian Terms of Service.
2. Respect everyone in the guild.
3. Do not post racial or sexual comments. Keep posts PG-13.
4. Follow the rules of every subforum (if there are any).

Conflicts with another member:

1. If you can, try to resolve it over PMs. Say what you want, and try to find the middle point where both of you can be happy. Be respectful. Arguing in the gaming forum will not be appreciated and will result in deleting of posts; possibly ban from the guild too.
2. Do not include another member into the argument. This results in a bigger conflict and a wider chance of being banned from the guild.
3. If the conflict is still not solved, contact a moderator of the guild, and they will act as a mediator to try to solve the problem with you, not for you (unless the conflict is out of hand and needs to be solved immediately).

Crew vs. Crew member conflict:

1. PM each other about the problem. Be respective.
2. If not solved, contact another moderator to act as a mediator, not as a sidekick.
3. Do not ban just because you had an arguement! This is a ridiculous reason to ban another member - you will get banned, or possibly have your moderator powers taken away.
4. If all of these steps have been taken and the problem still isn't resolved, contact an online vice-captain to help you with your conflict.
