The forest itself is very large, and covers the distance from the castle walls all the way to the edge of the floating island, surrounding the entire castle. The branches on the trees intertwine with each other, blocking out almost all of the little amount of light in the forest. The trees and plants grow on the magic in the soil, and the evil miasma that the demons that haunt the forest give off.

Jeeves woke up from his nap and stretched. He had stayed in his feral form, not wanting to turn back and face everyone now that they knew his secret. He started walking through the forest again.

Jane walked deeper into the forest, making sure not to make any noise. She spotted the feral and ducked quickly behind a bush, whispering to Cedric through clenched teeth.
"Get down here, now!"

He ducked down behind the bush with Jane and sniggered.
"Hitting on me now?"

Jeeves looked up, sensing people in the area, and jumped into the shadows of a tree.

Jane gave an exasperated sigh and elbowed Cedric in the chest. She saw the feral jump, and quickly getting to her feet, shooting 6 rounds of tranqulizers at the place where it jumped.

He fell over and grabbed his chest, hurting to breath for a moment. He looked up and saw Jane firing off shots, and quickly stood up himself, ignoring the pain in his chest.

Landing on the tree branch, he let out a yelp of surprise, feeling several twinges of pain in his side. He jumped to the the ground, imediatly becoming dizzy and not wanting to try and keep his balance on the branch.

Jane quickly pulled a needle and injector filled with a clear fluid from her pocket and walked to the feral. She grabbed him by the scruff and pushed the needle into it's neck and injected the fluid.
"Cedric! Get over here NOW!"

Jeeves tried to pull away when the woman grabbed his neck, feeling the needle shortly after she grabbed him. He pulled free from her and dropped foreward, his vision already going out.

Cedric walked over to Jane, making sure to keep her between him and the feral.
"Is it safe to be this close to it?"

"Just get over here, it's fine, what I gave it was an extremely strong tranqulizer, it'll be out in a couple minutes, but it's harmless for now. So pick him up and help get him back with us to the hospital, why else do you think I brought you!?"

He looked up at the woman that was yelling.
Sheesh, scary lady...
He then colapsed, completely unconcious.

Cedric watched the feral drop. He poked it once with his foot before hoisting it up over his shoulders, almost losing his balance at first from the weight.
"Huff... ok... go now?"

"Yes, now, back to the hospital, and try not to drop the feral, it might wake up and bite you and then you'll get infected."
She started walking back to the portal.
